Pick-Up
A comfortable minibus will collect you from your chosen accommodation in the afternoon, between 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm. You will be taken to Thong Krut boat harbor in the southern part of Koh Samui.
Koh Tan
Koh Tan, a picturesque fishing village, will be our starting point. We’ll drop anchor near the nearby island, offering a unique underwater experience. The coral reef remains untouched, providing a rich variety of aquatic life. We’ll supply you with snorkeling gear, so you can explore the calm, clear waters and marvel at the diverse sea creatures that call this place home..
Pig Island
Welcome to Koh Mudsum, a stunning island located just a brief boat ride away from Koh Tan. Unlike its neighboring islands, Koh Mudsum remains untouched by civilization, lacking essentials such as running water and electricity. Interestingly, you can find woolly pigs roaming the pristine white sand beaches, reminiscent of the Bahamas. Take this opportunity to enjoy activities like swimming, kayaking, and simply relaxing on the shore.
Sunset
After all the participants have returned to the boat, we will set sail back to Samui at approximately 5:45 pm. The return journey offers a stunning view of the sunset over the ocean. The various island landscapes will create lasting memories. It is common to see turtles and other sea creatures in this area. After a pleasant 30-minute sail, we will arrive safely back at the starting pier.
Dinner
Indulge in a delectable Thai feast at a picturesque beachside restaurant, savoring every bite as you take in the breathtaking sea views. The perfect culmination to an adventure-filled day, this tranquil dining experience promises to leave a lasting impression.
Drop-Off
At approximately 7:30 pm, we will collect you from the boat harbor in Thong Krut in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus. We will then transport you back to your designated accommodation, ensuring that all participants of the day trip are safely dropped off at their respective locations, one by one.
You’ll get two emails: one confirming your booking and another with your final pick-up time, which will be sent by 6 pm the day before your tour. Please review the information and show the email to the driver at the general car park of your accommodation. If your tour is booked for the next day after 5:30 pm, you’ll receive your pick-up time by 9 pm.
You can cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before your selected tour date (ToS: § 3).
A wonderful experience visiting Pig Island and to see so many pigs and piglets roamed freely on the island.
The seaview is fantastic and water is crystal clear around the island. Fun to snorkel among the coral reefs and to admire the marine life in the sea.
Happy day with some very happy pigs ☺️ staff on the island were super friendly and helpful too. The pigs and dogs on the island were all very playful and we loved being able to spend time with them. You can also buy them snacks from the restaurant, so you have an opportunity to feed them. They’re also super thirsty and you are given some bottles of water upon entry which you can share with them if you like. The beach is very beautiful and great for swimming. Would recommend this experience overall, we had a fantastic time 😊

It is a very beautiful island. The sea is beautiful, the water is clear, there are many photo corners, there are a lot of little pigs, they are cute too. There is a chance to go back. Come visit and travel again.

Our day trip to pig island was a fun and memorable experience. I highly recommend the private tour if you’re in a small group. We were able to snorkel and visit the island at our own pace. The pigs are adorable and we got to see lots of fish that day !!!
